Returns, Complaints and Cancellation


Consumers generally have a statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal. We voluntarily grant end users a 30-day extended return period. This begins with the receipt of the goods, regardless of the selected shipping method. The first 14 days of the eextended return periodare covered by the statutory right of withdrawal. The additional return period then applies. You have a total of 30 days to decide for or against your product. 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase or want to cancel your order, you can return your product to us within this period.

Important: Please note that the return costs are to be borne by you and that the product must be in its original condition (new) and in the undamaged original packaging.

Please follow these instructions to ensure a smooth return:

1. Please pack the items you wish to return carefully and securely. If possible, use the original shipping box.

2. Include the original packing slip and state the reason for the return if possible.

3. Remove or stick over the existing address label on the packaging and attach the new shipping label.

4. Send the package insured and with proof of shipment to the following address:

If you want to cancel your order, this is only possible before the goods are shipped by sending us an email to storno@instockgermany.deWe will then cancel your order immediately and refund you the money if you have already made a payment. Unfortunately, we can no longer carry out cancellations after dispatch. You can then of course return your order to us in accordance with our return policy. 


If there is visible damage to the packaging, please check the contents of the package in the presence of the courier and, in the event of problems, create a damage report that you will have him sign. Email us this document and a photo of the damage, quoting your order number. Of course we will, if possible, send a new delivery immediately. 

If you have a complaint and you did not cause the damage, we will bear the costs for the return shipment. Please contact our customer service via email to to clarify the situation. Please also send us at least one picture of the damage.
